We Help Our Community's Students Succeed Through Scholarships

Our chapter was established in January 1987, by a group of community members, school faculty and students. Their vision was to expand educational opportunities for Menahga students by making scholarships available for higher education.

Every dollar is important to us! We encourge you to help us, with this valuable program. People may donate money to our general fund as memorials and retirement gifts, to honor students and friends, or just to help with our many fundraising activities. If you wish to make a donation, mail them to Menahga Dollars for Scholars^®, PO Box 160, Menahga, MN 56464 or by contacting a chapter board member.

Students interested in applying for the scholarships awards should carefully note the criteria for each award. Seniors may apply for as many scholarships as they are eligible for. Only one application needs to be completed, unless the criteria calls for a separate application.

The scholarships listed are channeled through the Menahga Dollars for Scholars. Scholarships are awarded to recipients during the graduation program at the end of the school year.

Dollars for Scholars chapters like ours , help hometown students achieve their educational goals by raising scholarship funds, establishing endowments, providing assistance with college readiness and the finanical aid process, and distrubuting scholarships each year
